8am-sit in the sun for 15 minutes.
Noon-sit in the sun for 15 minutes
4p.m-sit in the sun for 15 minutes.
It’s that simple.
The sun is different now and will be drastically changing until the solar maximum or solar flash during the next ten years. These are the years of big bodily changes for the human race.
