A Diagnosis of Bursitis?

This is a posterior or back view from the glut.

The pain can also shoot down the front of the thigh via the obturator nerve, which is a branch of the sciatic nerve.

Then, the doctor might prescribe cream for it. It’s probably a steroid cream, which is not good for you long term and won’t cure it. Blood flow restored cures it.

This image shows the hamstring or femoral attachment instead of the anterior quad, but the function of the bursa is the same. It’s a type of soft tissue shock absorber on the bone for the other soft tissue attachments that are contracted and thus inflamed.

Muscle contraction means shortened. The length of the muscle shortens when it needs a break. You’ve overworked it and pushed it to its limit, which is usually done by male patients who are out to prove something in sports. Some women athletes do it, too. A competitive spirit gone too far is not appreciated by your soft tissue. You have to take a break, or it will rip. Maybe get some counseling for your feelings if you’re addicted to sports and competition. It’s usually some type of insecurity, which is very common for humans. It can wrack your body over time.

The cause of any soft tissue bursa, ligament, tendon, or nerve to inflame is the contracted MUSCLE attachment, which I’ve released for 25 years. The doctors don’t touch it. They don’t study it and they don’t treat it in order to CURE it. They don’t know how to. They cut it (maybe unneeded surgery) or add steroids to it, both of which do nothing to cure the muscle fibers that need BLOOD FLOWING FREELY through them.

The human body is almost completely composed of 850 muscles and at least a gallon of blood. It depends on your size. Deep tissue therapists in the Naprapathic tradition move that around without hurting you, curing the contracted muscle attachment so that you can move without pain again over a few treatments.

You can then stretch it after the muscle tissue is released and has blood circulating properly through it. Even see a P.T. for follow-up and maintenance.

Be well, and have a good week.🙏💫
