Tame Sugar Cravings by Balancing your Body’s pH —

My sugar cravings are gone and I was an expert cheesecake baker and baker of everything else; a bonafide sugar addict. In addition, because meat is pure acid-ash and dead QI, I only eat it once a week if that. Water is 7.0 alkaline so that is key as well or your body can’t flush acid ketones (fat).
